All orders are processed within the same day or 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email depending on the time of day and shipping method. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the calendar selection made on the cart page, your zip code, shipping method and products in your cart.
Additional Information & Fraud Verification
Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that has been flagged. Our team will notify the customer by email for any orders that are flagged in our system.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. For any issues with your order status please contact us at info@rococo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Delivery Insurance
Please be advised that insurance coverage is not included as part of the delivery package for products purchased through our website. As a result, the purchaser shall bear any responsibility for loss or damages that may occur during the shipping process.

Unfortunately, our arrangements of Rococo Forever flowers are not eligible for returns. Please also note, that your order cannot be cancelled or modified in any way once the order has been placed.
